Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission द्वारा DEPARTMENT OF HIGHER EDUCATION, ACHARYA (Vyakaran) के लिए इच्छुक और योग्य उम्मीदवारों से ऑनलाइन भर्ती आवेदन (ORA*) आमंत्रित किए जाते हैं वेतनमान में आचार्य (दर्शन), वर्ग- I (राजपत्रित) (अनुबंध के आधार पर) के 03 {यूआर = 02 EWS of HP= 1} पदों पर भर्ती (रु. 15600-39100 + 6000 जीपी) के विभाग में स्वीकार्य के रूप में समेकित निश्चित संविदात्मक राशि उच्च शिक्षा, एच.पी. ओआरए के माध्यम से, जो आयोग की वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध होगा www.hppsc.hp.gov.in/hppsc।

Age Limit: Between 18 years to 45.

Essential Qualification:

(i) A good academic record with at least 55% marks or an equivalent of 55%, (Wherever the grading system is

followed) in Acharya Degree in the relevant subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from Foreign University recognized by the Govt. of India.

(ii) A relaxation of 5% is provided from 55% to 50% marks at the Acharya Degree for the SC/ST categories.

AND

(iii) A relaxation of 5% (from 55% to 50%) of marks, at the maters level to the Physically and visually handicapped persons in appointment as Acharya (Sanskrit College Cadre).

(iv) A relaxation of 5% is provided from 55% to 50% of the marks to the Ph.D. Degree holders who have passed their Acharya degree prior to Sept. 1991.

(v) “B” in the 7 point scale with letter grades O,A,C,D,E & F shall be regarded as equivalent of 55% wherever the grading system is followed (7 point scale is displayed in the foot-note).

(vi) Candidates besides fulfilling the above qualifications should have cleared the eligibility test (NET/SET) for Acharyas conducted by the UGC/State Public Service Commission.

(vii) NET/SET shall remain the compulsory requirement for appointment as Acharya for those with post-graduate degree. However, the candidates having Ph.D. degree in the concerned subject are exempted from NET/SET for PG level and UG level teaching

List of documents to be uploaded on the OTRS portal by the candidate:-

1. Matriculation certificate for age proof.
2. Degree certificate along with Marks Sheets of all years / Consolidated mark sheet in support of Educational Qualifications.
3. Experience certificate(s) wherever required.
4. Valid category certificate(s) in support of their eligibility, if any, viz., S.C., S.T., O.B.C., E.W.S., Ex- Servicemen along with
discharge book, Ward of Ex. Servicemen, WFF and Persons with benchmark disabilities etc. All these certificates along with undertaking wherever required, should be on Performa prescribed by the Government of H.P. from time to time. Scheduled
Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes Certificates should be in accordance with the instructions of the Govt. issued vide letter No. PER (AP)-C-F(10)-4/2010 dated 5th August, 2019.
5. Bonafide Himachali Certificate in case of reserved category candidates.
6. Candidates applying under EWSs category will have to submit either „Income & Asset Certificate‟ or valid BPL Certificate countersigned by B.D.O. along with non-SC/ST/OBC certificate issued by the competent authority on the format prescribed by H.P. Government vide letter No. PER (AP)-C-B(12)- 1/2019 dated 11th June, 2019.

Examination Fees:-

1.    General Category {including General Physically Disabled, i.e. Orthopedically disabled, Deaf & Dumb, Hearing impaired/ Economic Weaker Section (EWS)/ W.F.F. of HP/ Ex-Servicemen of HP relieved from Defence Services on their own request before completion of normal tenure, General wards of ExSM of H.P., i.e. Dependent sons of Ex-SM of H.P.}    Rs. 400/-

2.    Candidates of Other States (including reserved category(s) candidates of other states)    Rs. 400/-
3.    S.C. of H.P. /S.T. of H.P. /O.B.C. of H.P./ EWS (Covered under BPL)/ (including S.C. /S.T. /O.B.C. Ex-Servicemen of H.P. relieved from Defence Services on their own requests before completion of normal tenure and SC/ ST/ OBC wards of Ex-SM of H.P., i.e. Dependent sons of Ex-SM of H.P.)    Rs. 100/-

4.    Ex-Servicemen of H.P. (Ex-Servicemen, who are relieved from Defence Services after completion of normal tenure)/ Blind/Visually Impaired of H.P./Female Candidates.    No Fee


आवेदन कैसे करें:-

ऑनलाइन भर्ती आवेदन (ओआरए) भरने के लिए विस्तृत निर्देश उपरोक्त पर उपलब्ध हैं वेबसाइट का उल्लेख किया।
क) इच्छुक / पात्र उम्मीदवारों को आयोग की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट के माध्यम से ऑनलाइन आवेदन करना होगा
http://www.hppsc.hp.gov.in/hppsc। किसी अन्य माध्यम से प्राप्त आवेदनों को स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा और सीधे खारिज कर दिया जाए।

बी) उम्मीदवारों को ऑनलाइन में अपने मोबाइल नंबर और ई-मेल आईडी दर्ज करते समय उचित सावधानी बरतनी चाहिए
उनके आवेदन के संबंध में तत्काल सूचना के लिए भर्ती आवेदन (ओआरए)।

ग) इच्छुक और योग्य उम्मीदवार आयोग की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर जा सकते हैं
(http://www.hppsc.hp.gov.in/hppsc) और होम पेज पर "ऑनलाइन आवेदन करें" लिंक पर क्लिक करें।
रजिस्टर करें और "वन टाइम रजिस्ट्रेशन" पर अपना प्रोफाइल बनाएं और ओटीआर में अपने खाते में लॉग इन करने के बाद।
विज्ञापन की सूची उम्मीदवार को 10 डैशबोर्ड के पेज 3 पर प्रदर्शित की जाएगी। उम्मीदवार एक के लिए आवेदन करेगा
पोर्टल के माध्यम से विशेष पोस्ट। उम्मीदवार का आवेदन अपेक्षित अपलोड करने के बाद ही जमा किया जाएगा
विज्ञापन के अनुसार दस्तावेज। आवेदन जमा करने से पहले उम्मीदवार को का पूर्वावलोकन दिखाया जाएगा
अपलोड किए गए दस्तावेज और वह एक वचनबद्धता/घोषणा देगा कि: -
  "यह प्रमाणित किया जाता है कि मैंने सभी आवश्यक अपलोड किए गए दस्तावेज़ों के पूर्वावलोकन की जाँच कर ली है और मैं हूँ
संतुष्ट हैं कि दस्तावेज सुपाठ्य, पठनीय और सत्य हैं। कि मैं अपनी अस्वीकृति पर आपत्ति नहीं करूंगा
अपलोड किए गए दस्तावेजों के अपठनीय/खराब गुणवत्ता के होने के एकमात्र कारण के आधार पर उम्मीदवारी
स्कैनिंग।"
  जमा करने के बाद उम्मीदवार को कोई भी दस्तावेज जमा करने का कोई और अवसर नहीं दिया जाएगा
ऑनलाइन भर्ती आवेदन। एक बार जमा किए गए ऑनलाइन भर्ती आवेदन में किसी भी बदलाव की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।

घ) उम्मीदवारी की अंतिम अस्वीकृति के विरुद्ध किसी अभ्यावेदन/पत्राचार पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
