1.Extension Officer( Class-III)

No. Of Posts:- 01 Posts(1 UR Deaf and hard of hearing)

Education Qualification:-

Should be a graduate from a recognized University.

2.JOA IT

No. Of Posts:- 01 Posts(1 UR Deaf and hard of hearing)

Education Qualification:-

(i) Should have passed 10+2 Examination from a recognized Board of School Education/ University.

Matriculation from recognized Board of School Education with one/ two year’s Diploma/Certificate from an Industrial Training Institute(ITI) in Information Technology Enabled Sectors (ITES) as notified by Director General of Employment & Training (Govt. of India) from time to time or three years Diploma in Computer Engineering/ Computer Science/ IT from a Polytechnic as approved by All India Council for Technical Education(AICTE)

(ii) Computer typing speed of 30 words per minute in English or 25 words per minute in Hindi. Provided that visually impaired persons selected/ recruited under 1 % quota will be exempted from acquiring Diploma in Computer Science/ Computer Application/Information Technology and passing of typing test instead they shall be imparted necessary basic training including computer training course by the Department concerned through Composite Regional Centre (CRC), Sundernagar or National Institute for the Visually Handicapped (NIVH), Dehradun or Composite Training Centre(CTC),Ludhiana. They shall have to complete the above training for which three chances will be afforded. If the incumbent fails to qualify the same his / her services shall be terminated. However, the incumbents already in the service shall be afforded sufficient number of chances to complete the aforesaid training.

Provided further that differently abled person who are otherwise qualified to hold clerical post as certified being unable to type, by the Medical Board, may be exempted from passing the typing test.

Explanation:- The terms ,”differently abled persons” does not cover visually impaired persons or persons who are hearing impaired but cover only those whose physical disability/ deformity permanently prevents them from typing. The above criteria for grant of exemption from passing he typing test shall also be applicable to the skill Test Norms on Computers.

3.Mining Guard.

No. Of Posts:- (2 Unreserved 1 locomotor disability including cerebral palsy, leprosy cured, dwarfism, acid attack victims and muscular dystrophy, ,1 Autism, intellectual disability specific learning disability and mental illness.)

Education Qualification:-

Should be matriculate or its equivalent from a recognized Board of School Education/ University

4.Mali Beldar (Class-IV)

No. Of Posts:- (3 Unreserved 1 for Blind and low vision 1 for hard of hearing 1 for locomotor disability/ leprosy cured/ dwarfism/ acid attack victims/ muscular dystrophy/ autism/intellectual disability/ specific learning disability and mental illness. Multiple disability)

Education Qualification:-

Should have passed Middle standard examination or its equivalent from a recognized Board of School Education/ Institution.

Age Limit:

आवेदक की आयु 1.1.2022 को 18 से 45 वर्ष के बीच होनी चाहिए। के निर्देशों के अनुसार ऊपरी आयु सीमा में 5 वर्ष तक की छूट अनुमन्य है हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार

How to Apply:

विस्तार अधिकारी, कनिष्ठ कार्यालय सहायक (आईटी), खनन गार्ड और माली बेलदार के पद के लिए निर्धारित आवेदन पत्र पर आवेदन करने वाले इच्छुक और पात्र उम्मीदवार भी सत्यापित प्रतियों के साथ विभाग की वेबसाइट (वेबसाइट: emerginghimachal.hp.gov.in) पर अपलोड किए गए हैं। सभी प्रासंगिक प्रशंसापत्रों/दस्तावेजों की ताकि उनकी आयु/योग्यता/अनुभव आदि दर्शा सकें। आवेदन उद्योग निदेशक, हिमाचल प्रदेश, उद्योग भवन, बेमलो, शिमला171001 को संबोधित किए जाने चाहिए। आवेदन पत्र वाले लिफाफे के ऊपर "विस्तार अधिकारी, कनिष्ठ कार्यालय सहायक (आईटी), खनन गार्ड, माली बेलदार (अनुबंध के आधार पर) के पद के लिए आवेदन" लिखा होना चाहिए।

Instructions:

1 आवेदन केवल निर्धारित प्रारूप पर ही जमा किया जाना चाहिए और आवेदन पत्र में दिए गए स्थान पर हाल ही में एक सत्यापित पासपोर्ट आकार का फोटो चिपकाया जाना चाहिए।

2 उम्मीदवारों के पास पद के लिए निर्धारित आवश्यक आवश्यक योग्यता होनी चाहिए।

3 उम्मीदवार का नाम संबंधित रोजगार कार्यालय में पंजीकृत होना चाहिए।

4 आवेदक के पास सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा जारी विकलांग व्यक्ति के संबंध में दस्तावेजी प्रमाण / प्रमाण पत्र होना चाहिए।

5 आवेदन पंजीकृत कवर/स्पीड पोस्ट के तहत उद्योग निदेशक, हिमाचल प्रदेश, उद्योग भवन, बेमलो, शिमला 171001 को संबोधित किया जाना चाहिए। आवेदन पत्र वाले लिफाफे पर "विस्तार अधिकारी, कनिष्ठ कार्यालय सहायक (आईटी), खनन गार्ड और माली बेलदार (अनुबंध के आधार पर) के पद के लिए आवेदन" के रूप में सुपर-स्क्राइब किया जाना चाहिए।

6 आवेदन के साथ निम्नलिखित दस्तावेजों / प्रमाण पत्रों की सत्यापित फोटोकॉपी संलग्न की जानी चाहिए: -

i) प्रवेश पत्र

ii) आयु प्रमाण

iii) शैक्षिक योग्यता प्रमाणपत्र (नोट: मैट्रिक पास, 10+2 और स्नातक प्रमाणपत्र अनिवार्य हैं)

iv) बोनाफाइड हिमाचली प्रमाणपत्र।

v) रोजगार पंजीकरण प्रमाणपत्र vi) श्रेणी का प्रमाण अर्थात एससी/एसटी/ओबीसी

vii) एसडीओ (सी) / तहसीलदार / नायब तहसीलदार द्वारा जारी किए गए अधिसूचित पिछड़े क्षेत्र / पंचायत से संबंधित प्रमाण पत्र जैसा भी मामला हो।

viii) एक हेक्टेयर से कम भूमि वाले भूमिहीन परिवार/परिवार के संबंध में प्रमाण पत्र संबंधित राजस्व प्राधिकरण द्वारा प्रमाणित किया जाना है।

ix) गैर-रोजगार प्रमाण पत्र इस आशय का कि परिवार का कोई भी सदस्य एसडीओ (सी) द्वारा जारी सरकारी / अर्ध सरकारी सेवा में नहीं है।

x) स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण प्राधिकरणों / चिकित्सा बोर्डों द्वारा जारी 40% से अधिक विकलांग / विकलांगता / दुर्बलता वाले विकलांग व्यक्तियों के संबंध में प्रमाण पत्र

xi) रुपये से कम वार्षिक आय (सभी स्रोतों से) वाले बीपीएल परिवार का प्रमाण पत्र। 40,000/- या सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित अनुसार। प्रखंड विकास अधिकारी (बीडीओ) द्वारा समय-समय पर जारी

xii) प्रखंड विकास अधिकारी (बीडीओ) द्वारा जारी विधवा/तलाकशुदा/निराश/अकेली महिला का प्रमाण पत्र

xiii) खंड विकास अधिकारी (बीडीओ) द्वारा जारी एकल बेटी / अनाथ का प्रमाण पत्र

xiv) सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा जारी किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय / संस्थान से आवेदित पद से संबंधित कम से कम 6 महीने की अवधि का प्रशिक्षण। xv) सरकार / अर्ध सरकारी में अधिकतम 5 वर्ष तक के अनुभव का प्रमाण पत्र। सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा जारी किए गए पद के लिए आवेदन किए गए पद से संबंधित संगठन

xvi) डाक टिकटों के साथ स्वयं को संबोधित लिफाफा 7 अपूर्ण आवेदन या नियत तिथि के बाद प्राप्त या निर्धारित प्रारूप के अनुसार प्राप्त नहीं किया जाएगा। इस संबंध में किसी भी पत्राचार पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।

8 किसी भी प्रकार के डाक विलम्ब के लिए विभाग जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।

9 कोई टीए/डीए स्वीकार्य नहीं होगा। 10 मूल रूप में सभी दस्तावेज/प्रमाण पत्र मूल्यांकन के समय प्रस्तुत करने होंगे, ऐसा न करने पर आवेदक की उम्मीदवारी रद्द/अस्वीकार कर दी जाएगी

11 विवाद, यदि कोई हो, शिमला में न्यायालय के अधिकार क्षेत्र के अधीन होंगे।

12 आवेदक जिन्होंने हिमाचल प्रदेश में स्थित किसी भी स्कूल/संस्थान से मैट्रिक पास किया हो। पद के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं। यह शर्त वास्तविक हिमाचलियों पर लागू नहीं होगी।
