312 (UR-154, EWS-41, OBC-65, SC-38, ST-14)

1) Intermediate or Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) examination from a recognized Board or University or equivalent

2) 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi on computer. (35 w.p.m in English and 30 w.p.m in Hindi correspond to 10500 KDPH in English and 9000 KDPH in Hindi respectively with an average of 5 key depressions for each word on computer).

Time Allowed: 10 minutes

Age Limit:

18 से 25 वर्ष के बीच।

(i) रिक्तियों के लिए आवेदन करने वाले उम्मीदवारों के लिए ऊपरी आयु सीमा में छूट है सीधे प्रवेश के लिए निम्नानुसार निर्धारित किया गया है:

Candidates applying for the post of ASI(Steno) to pay Rs.100/- (Rupees one hundred only) as examination fee through any of the following payment modes :-

(i) Net banking of any bank.

(ii) Credit/Debit Card of any bank.

(iii) UPI

Selection Process

The selection shall be held in two phases as under:-

(a) First Phase

(i) Written Examination.

PART-I - Hindi/English Language 20 Marks.

PART-II - General Intelligence 20 Marks.

PART-111 - Numerical Aptitude 20 Marks.

PART-IV - Clerical Aptitude 20 Marks.

PART-V - Basic Computer Knowledge 20 Marks.

(b) Second Phase

(i) Physical Measurement.

(ii) Shorthand Test for ASI(Steno).

(iii) Typing Speed Test for HC(Min).

(iv) Documentation (Checking of Documents)
